I'm not well,physically and emotionally. I've been pretty sick in the past year,believe it or not,I've been coughing badly for more than a year! until recently i went to the chinese traditional doctor and drank those bitter black medicine and gets better. Had never trusted a chinese traditional doctor but yeah,the medicine works. Benadryl syrup lost.
I've been gaining weight too,maybe due to too much steaks and fries and whatsoever.Getting fat makes me weak,I remember I went to Jangkar waterfall and nearly fainted on the way up the mountain. Seriously it was embarrassing, I do not have the stamina to hike and was left behind walking slowly with the bus driver alone! those college people are really bad, will remember them forever,hrmph. Luckily my lecturer came later and gave me support to go up to the waterfall slowly,she is really good. <3
out of topic already ah,so,back to the topic,fat and low stamina. So I realised it a bit late and have not taken any initiative to change this until recently,more like months ago,I've started to cycling...on a cycling machine...because I don't know how to ride a bicycle(face palm). I did one hour of cycling everyday.. or maybe 5/7..lols.. but still it is an improvement right. not only trying to slim down but also for my own health.
These few days I've noticed an activity called Zumba,i heard it helps to lost weight effectively,the videos are interesting and i'm thinking to create a zumba club in the college,but first what i need is to get people into the club! let see if it will success ok? hehehe
